About Me
I’m an ELLIS PhD student at the University of Tübingen, where I am supervised by Prof. Matthias Hein, and co-supervised by Prof. Amartya Sanyal, University of Copenhagen. My research interests lie primarily in the theory and practice of Trustworthy ML, with a focus on machine unlearning, privacy-preserving ML and adversarial robustness. I am currently exploring fresh problems in this space!
Before this, I was a Post-Baccalaureate Fellow at the Centre for Responsible AI at IIT Madras, where I was supervised by Prof. Krishna Pillutla. I also spent 5 wonderful years at IIT Madras earning my Bachelor’s and Master’s in Computer Science and Engineering, advised by Prof. Balaraman Ravindran.
I previously interned as a Student Researcher at Google Research India, where I worked on private offline reinforcment learning algorithms, and at the University of British Columbia with Prof. Apurva Narayan where I explored the adversarial robustness of quantum ML models.
